Jim Rogers on CNBC 06 DEC. 2011 : "well, 2002 we had a problem, 2008 was worse because the debt was higher, 2013 or whenever the next one is will be worse still, because the debt is going through the roof , so it's going to get worse and worse. we're shooting our bullets, we are wasting money."
