Jim Rogers: I Would Not Buy Facebook

Jim Rogers : well, it's amazing that i was the number-one story. I'm not buying because it's a very expensive stock, Larry. that's not the way i invest. i know it's going to come out maybe 25 times -- 15 times next year's sales. sales, Larry. usually when you buy stocks that are very expensive, you don't make money. at least I don't."

Jim Rogers started trading the stock market with $600 in 1968.In 1973 he formed the Quantum Fund with the legendary investor George Soros before retiring, a multi millionaire at the age of 37. Rogers and Soros helped steer the fund to a miraculous 4,200% return over the 10 year span of the fund while the S&P 500 returned just 47%.
